“Doctor Leads Lawsuit with Seven Others in RM60 Million Legal Battle Against Malaysian Government and WHO Over Vaccine Side Effects”
KUALA LUMPUR: A group of eight Malaysians, including a doctor, have initiated a RM60 million class action lawsuit targeting Prime Minister Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim and the World Health Organization (WHO). They allege serious health issues and fatalities stemming from the Covid-19 vaccine.
Plaintiffs File Legal Action Through Local Law Firm
The legal proceedings, which involve plaintiffs aged between 26 and 77, were officially filed by the law firm Messrs Mohamad Zainuddin & Co on October 23.
Defendants Named in the Lawsuit
The defendants named in the lawsuit include Anwar Ibrahim, WHO, and 23 additional parties. The list features former prime ministers Tan Sri Muhyiddin Yassin and Datuk Seri Ismail Sabri Yaakob, the Ministry of Health, the Malaysian government, and WHO’s Director-General, Dr. Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus.
Other Accused High-Ranking Officials
Also among the accused are the current Health Minister Datuk Seri Dr. Dzulkefly Ahmad, his predecessors Datuk Seri Dr. Adham Baba and Khairy Jamaluddin, Home Minister Datuk Seri Saifuddin Nasution Ismail and his predecessor Datuk Seri Hamzah Zainudin, Education Minister Fadhlina Sidek and her predecessor Datuk Dr. Mohd Radzi Md Jidin, and several other high-ranking officials.
