Lee Zii Jia Reflects on Semi-Final Loss

Malaysian shuttler Lee Zii Jia expressed regret and disappointment after losing the men’s singles semi-final at the Paris Olympics to Thailand’s world champion Kunlavut.

Ranked seventh in the world, Lee lost 14-21, 15-21 to the eighth-ranked Kunlavut, missing out on a chance to compete for the gold and silver medals.

Lee now focuses on winning the bronze in the upcoming match. He acknowledged Kunlavut’s superior performance and stressed the importance of staying focused for the bronze medal match.
