Tealive Announces Expansion into UAE with Dubai-Based Franchise Partner

KUALA LUMPUR: Tealive, under the ownership of Loob Holding Sdn Bhd, is extending its reach to the United Arab Emirates, having forged a master franchise agreement with Dubai-based conglomerate Eureka Restaurant and Café.

The deal, which aligns Tealive with a powerful player in the UAE’s dynamic food and beverage landscape, promises to introduce the brand’s unique offerings to a new and culturally rich market.

Bryan Loo, Loob Holding’s founder and CEO, emphasized that this partnership is poised to serve as a vital gateway for Tealive’s ambitions in the Middle East. The collaboration was facilitated by Ernst & Young Malaysia, which acted as the mergers and acquisitions adviser.
